Is BreathiZen legit? An honest look

The ingredient selection is coherent. Mullein, bromelain and ginger are exactly what you would expect in a respiratory formula built on herbal tradition. L-theanine, working on the nervous system rather than the lungs, is a more thoughtful inclusion than this category usually manages.

The format removes the usual failure point. Supplements mostly fail because people stop taking them. A spray you use four times a day, with no water and no meal timing, is genuinely easier to sustain than capsules.

The ingredient list has some odd company. Alongside the respiratory botanicals, the official page also lists green coffee bean extract, L-carnitine and chromium. Those are weight-management ingredients with no established respiratory role, and their presence on a lung-support page reads like text carried over from another product.
