Orders are generally picked and released within a working day or two of the payment clearing. Anything placed at a weekend or over a holiday enters the queue on the next business morning.

Within the United States, expect delivery inside roughly a working week. International deliveries run considerably longer — often a fortnight to three weeks, depending where they are headed.
You receive two emails: a confirmation, then a tracking reference once the carrier takes possession. Codes often stay dormant for the first twenty-four hours, so a blank tracking screen on day one is nothing to worry about.
